Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them we charge check in and check out (standard rate 40€), as we do not have a 24-hour reception as in a Hotel. Please note The swimming pool of the complex is paying (minimum 2.50€ per deckchair, per person / parasol in supplement 1.50€) OTHER INFORMATION - In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host. - The agency does not issue any kind of invoice to the guests. If proof of stay is required, we can only provide receipts. We clarify that the use of air conditioning in the property has an extra cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
