The Fine Print

When they arrive at the accommodations they have to call us by phone to see us and give them the keys personally because it is a private accommodations. The accommodations asks for a deposit of €250 which at the end of their stay is returned to them on the day of their departure if the accommodations is all the same. Please note: If you arrive at the accommodations at 9pm, the night service fee of €35 will be charged extra, but if you arrive at 10pm at night, the night service fee will be €50 extra. The accommodations is private and I personally hand over the keys to the person who made the reservation. Passports are requested from each person who stays in the accommodations, the accommodations is cleaned after each client leaves Guests must bring their own bed linen for children´s crib. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
